Shape WillowGreen Around Your Company

A small number of green companies help shape the first build around how they actually work. WillowGreen is in build, not live yet.

In Build for Its First Founding Client

WillowGreen is in build for its first founding client. It is not live yet. It is built on the same InGen core already running live businesses: Apex at Centennial Roofing and AmpLive with Nashville Visual.

ApexRoofing.ai: Apex, the operating system running Centennial Roofing live in production.

AmpLive.ai: AmpLive, the operating system working with Nashville Visual.

Owner-Operated and Growing

Tree, landscape, lawn, hardscape, irrigation, nursery, and plant health care companies. You want one system for the whole operation. You will give honest feedback.

What you bring

A few conversations. A walk through how your company runs today. Honest feedback.

What you get

A system built around your process first. A direct line to the people building it. Founding-client terms discussed one to one. Changes made in the live system as you ask.

From First Conversation to Go-Live in Weeks, Not Years

Six steps. One accountable team. Your part at every step is small.

  1. 1

    Discover

We learn how your company runs today, from first call to final invoice.

    Your part: a few conversations.

  2. 2

    Map

We map every handoff and decide what to keep.

    Your part: review the map.

  3. 3

    Build

We configure the core around your process and build what is missing.

    Your part: confirm priorities.

  4. 4

    Remember

Ginny learns your services, your service area and your language.

    Your part: approve answers.

  5. 5

    Secure

Access levels, permissions and nightly off-site backups.

    Your part: set roles.

  6. 6

    Launch and Grow

Your team moves in. Changes keep coming in the live system, most the same day.

    Your part: use it.

Founding Client Questions

Is WillowGreen live?
Not yet. WillowGreen is in build for its first founding clients. It runs on the same InGen core already running live businesses: Apex at Centennial Roofing and AmpLive with Nashville Visual. WillowGreen is the green-industry version, shaped with the companies that help build it.
Do my crews need to install an app?
No. The plan for green crews is the phone they already carry: shoot job photos with the normal camera, even with no signal, then submit them from the phone's browser once back in coverage. Nothing to download from an app store.
What does a founding client do?
A few conversations, a walk through how your company runs today, and honest feedback as the system takes shape. In return the build is shaped around your process first, and you help decide what gets built next.
What does WillowGreen cost?
There are two ways to get it: own it with one build fee, or license it with a smaller build fee, a monthly license and a share of growth. Every build is quoted to the company. See the Pricing page.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your customer, job and financial records belong to your company. Each person sees only what their role allows, and the system is backed up nightly.
